America’s Young Gentlemen Mentoring Program has served young men and women for over twenty years.  It is an extremely powerful cognitive, analytical, and critical thinking mentoring program, utilizing unique principles for ultimate decision-making powers.

Online Mentoring

In Agency Mentoring

Agency mentoring brings an intense series of sessions with performance benchmarks.  All participants are introduced to a comprehensive list of professional opportunities.

The sessions are in class and online, designed to strengthen cognitive, analytical, and critical thinking skills.  There is an intense academic and professional element to AYGMP,  vocational knowledge is critical in the journey of all youth.
